Veterans Day. The man running our route was extremely rude and uncooperative. He delivered our packages across the street to a neighbor instead of to the correct address even though I was attempting to tell him the packages belonged here. The address was clearly visible on packages and house. He refused to deliver correctly. I called UPS up and they insisted that he delivered to the correct address. The Constable finally went over and corrected the obvious problem. Highly disappointed in UPS. And their intentional coverup.

Great staff - always friendly, fast, and helpful. I've used their packing and mailing services at least a dozen times, and have nothing but good to say about them!
