East Texas Professional Credit Union (ETPCU) at 1132, 3801 Gilmer Road, Longview, Texas.

I am from out of state and was referred to this CU by my hotel. I wanted to find a CU that participated in shared branching. They said they had no idea of what other cu's did and no way to find out. I asked if they could look it up on the internet and Melissa, who was at the front desk, said she could not access the information for me. She then said that the information and the internet were blocked. How can a business survive and assist customers with no internet access? She was not only very unhelpful she was UNWILLING to even consider helpful alternatives. I am moving to Texas but this is one CU that I would NEVER consider joining.
